Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and at times we face challenges that can leave us feeling weighed down. Perhaps you have experienced a big change in your life, or a bereavement. You might be feeling low or anxious; you may have felt this before, or are experiencing this for the first time. You might want to talk things through with someone outside of your family and friends. This is where counselling can step in as a guiding light, offering a safe space for healing, growth and self-discovery.
I appreciate how hard it can be to take this first step, I have been in your shoes myself and I deliberated for a long time before I finally got the help I needed.
As a person-centred Counsellor, I can offer you an opportunity to explore at your own pace, what is happening for you in this moment, or what has happened in the past in a safe and compassionate environment. We will explore your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and notice how it impacts you. Working in this way can help you to make sense of your experiences, leading to healing.
I am person-centred trained but I work intuitively which means each client's process is unique to them.

We can walk and talk. Some clients find this type of therapy less daunting than being in the counselling room.
We can meet on-line. Some clients find this way more flexible to fit around family or work commitments.
