My own journey to where I am has been filled with moments of introspection and immense growth. It started later in life when I attended a women's weekend workshop. That weekend changed my life but also made me question my purpose.
I knew from my many years working in the beauty industry that I had an ability to really listen and hold a safe space for my clients as they shared intimate details of their struggles. So, I decided to dedicate myself to assisting others on their path. Recognising the vital role that support, understanding, and guidance played in my own development, I knew I could help people to navigate the crossroads that we all encounter.
Choosing to become a counsellor has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I am honoured to be trusted to hold the space for all of my clients, for whatever they bring.
My years of holding space in Trauma based workshops has given me the skills to hold my clients with empathy and understanding in a safe and authentic way.
I have completed CPCAB Levels 2,3 & 4 in Therapeutic Counselling and am currently undergoing training with Relate to include couples work in the future.
I am fully insured and am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
